Nike Employees
Important Please Read
Before you send your email to InnovateforaBetterWorld.net, you need to understand our ground rules. What you’re about to read may look like legal mumbo jumbo, but it’s important. These terms may impact your rights; take the time to read and understand them. Emailing into the Innovate site is completely voluntary and not a condition of your employment. If you don’t like the terms, you’ll have an opportunity to cancel and exit the email process.
The Terms
First, this is intended to be an open forum to Innovate for a Better World. Note the word “open.” Nothing you contribute will be kept confidential, and NIKE may decide to post your contribution to the website. Nike will not pay you if we make use of or post your contribution.
Second, did we mention this is intended to be an open forum? Because this website will be accessible to the public, including our competitors, you should not disclose Nike’s confidential and proprietary information (such as future product plans, marketing initiatives, financial data, etc.) in your email. If you have a question about whether what you want to email is Nike confidential, talk with your manager, or call Nike’s Legal department.
If you’re ready to email us under these terms, type your name in the space below and click the “Accept and Continue” button. If not, then simply click on the “Decline and Exit” button.
